by taking sacred time out for your very own SELF-"care".  Some would say just how SELFish one is by doing so, however, we at Elle Eco Essentials know that being "SELFish" is the most SELFless act. Taking gentle time with your SELF is in fact where you will become SELFless at.

 

As mothers, daughters, and sisters we tend to play a lot of roles and often we take on far too many stresses. Some ending up not even being those of our own, however we still tend to "maintain". All the while putting ourselves on back burners. This stops here and it stops now. Here we strive to do much more than just maintain. We look to gain spiritual, mental, emotional and financial health and wellness enabling us to grow to our greatest potential. That my dear, in fact, first starts with SELF. It's imperative for the sustainability of our minds, bodies, and our spirits through this path.
